I was in need of professional to set up both my bathrooms with safety bars after a fall inside the shower that scared me as it could have been a disaster and didn't use that shower again until I found Bill at Bay Grab Bar. We immediately discussed my situation, with his professional expertise and experience we quickly came up with a plan that worked for master & guest bathrooms. Bill from Bay Grab bar is the man if you need any kind of grab bars installed. I fell and broke my hip last April. My daughter was preparing for me to come home and occupational therapy suggested we get grab bars. She contacted several vendors and only 2 returned her call. Some contractor who couldn’t get out here for 3 weeks and had to order supplies. He wasn’t familiar with steel frame construction (which is what we have now from rebuild after fire) he said he could figure it out and would need a large deposit up front. Bill from BAY GRAB BARS was able to come the next day and had all his supplies. He was familiar with the steel construction . He worked all day installing grab bars upstairs and down stairs and a rail going down stairs in to the garage. He knew EXACTLY where to place everything . There are even new toilet paper holders that are also grab bars. Check them out… life savers! I would and have recommended Bill to anyone that has a need for the grab bars…. Especially if you are over 60! You may not think you need them, but you will thank me if you get them.

We are VERY happy with the grab bars that Bill installed in our guest bathroom. Bill did a professional and thorough job of installing the bars. He had to install in a tile area and also on drywall. He also guided us as to the various configuration options as well as the color options available to enhance the bath area.

We were very lucky to find Bill of Bay Grab Bar. His knowledge, experience, and commitment was invaluable when we needed to reconfigure a downstairs bathroom for our elderly relative. He installed numerous grab bars and a versatile grab pole near the sink, toilet, and shower so that she can more easily maneuver in the small area. We needed someone to install grab bars in my fathers bathrooms for his function and bath safety and we needed them fast.

I had no idea who to call but a referral from satisfied customers and health professionals in the area recommended I call bill at Bay Area Grab Bars.

I called and spoke with Bill, we FaceTimed that afternoon so he could see the bathrooms where we needed the grab bars. Together he helped me design what best suited my fathers needs for function and safety. He wa at our house within 2 days of our first interaction on the phone.

Bill was a pleasure to work throughout the process. He is caring and helped us decide what was the most safe yet functional grab bars for my pops specific needs.

The day of installation, he came to the house with all his tools and professionally installed grab bars for us in both bathrooms. They look and feel fabulous but most importantly th we are safe and my father is already using them. We may have more work for Bill in the near future.
