In February 2023 I followed a project management training with Roel (in Dutch, but also possible in English). The training had a very good balance of practical exercises and theory. Duration is 3 days, which makes it long enough to go into depth for the basic knowledge. The theory is also captured in a reader which makes it a handy resource to look back into at work. I recommend this training without any doubt.

I followed the 1 day Agile/Scrum training. Within the day I have gained a good understanding of the Scrum method. We started with a presentation to introduce Scrum to us. This was followed by some talk about the projects we were working on and how we might be able to apply scrum to them.

After lunch we did some exercises that helped better understand how Scrum comes into practise. These helped a lot with better understanding some difficult subjects.

It was a fun and learn full experience and I would certainly recommend this course for anyone who wants to learn more about the Agile/Scrum method!

Great training with a lot of attention for details and quality (Scrum/Agile). The training itself is professional and well-balanced between theory and practice. They keep the group small which allows space for questions and discussion; the exchange of experiences and feedback of the trainer further deepened my understanding and provoked new ideas for my own projects. Beautiful location in the heart of Amsterdam, a fantastic lunch in a restaurant close by, and I very much value the sustainably produced course materials and organic coffee, tea and treats.

I took the 3-day (basic) Project Management training with Everdien. The whole training was really good, I can tell that Everdien is very experience in this field and her tips and tricks within project management I found it very easy to follow and useful! All training materials were clear and comprehensive and we completed all nicely and on time. I would really recommend this training for anyone who is just about to start project management or want to refresh themselves for a better foundation of project management.

Very good and useful course given on scrum and agile. Even though it was a compact - one day course, I learned lot and practiced the usage of the methods. Definitely recommend!
