We needed some construction work done and called all over El Dorado County, looking for someone to come out and take a look at what we needed to be done. And only one company responded Pinnacle Construction Solutions. Dalton got us a quote promptly. His quote was fair, and they could accommodate our schedule, so we decided to move forward. They were on time, the workers were great, and Dalton answered all our questions and kept us informed. I would not hesitate to refer him and his crew to family and friends and will call on him with any future endeavors we may have. If you are looking for fair pricing, prompt response, and excellent work ethic, call them. You won't be disappointed!

Very fast communication, amazingly short turnaround time. During the project, entertained all our inquires and requests with great patience, explained the pros and cons of different options in good amount of detail, and in the end, job is professionally done overall and very reasonably priced. We have been working with Pinnacle Construction Solutions for about the last year, and they have been wonderful! We bought our first home about 2 years ago, and we have a pretty long list of projects/upgrades that we’re trying to accomplish. What we’ve loved most about working with these guys is that they are extremely responsive and flexible with us doing our projects slowly as our budget allows. They do wonderful work, and their price is affordable for us.

The projects they’ve helped us with thus far is:

• Shed removal. The shed was built up against the side of our house, and it was rotting from the inside out. When they removed the shed, they had to replace some of the side paneling of the house. This meant they had to paint match, and they nailed it!! I couldn’t even tell where the old panels ended and the new panels began as far as the paint was concerned. The previous owners of our home had actually used the shed to support the fence as well, so we ended up having them come back a month later to replace the fence once we saved enough money for it. They were able to put in a temporary support for the fence while we saved our money for that as well.

•Fence and gate replacement- in addition to the fencing I mentioned above we also had two other areas replaced at different times because we couldn’t afford to do it all at once. Not that they’re over priced, but as I’m sure you know… life is just hecka expensive these days! One of the sections of fencing was actually replacing a gate that wasn’t properly enforced to begin with so they redid the structure of the post that supports the gate. Then the other section of fence was just rotting so it had to be replaced as well.

• Small shower cleanup - They recently removed our sliding glass doors in our shower because I had a surgery. I literally decided the day of the surgery that I had to get those glass doors out because I wasn’t going be able to get in and out of the shower with them in there. I texted them that day, and they were able to squeeze us in within 2 days. Our shower is in desperate need to a renovation, so that’s probably one of the next things they’re going to help us with.

I love that I can communicate through text message because usually when I’m working I’m running around like a crazy person and it’s really hard to get on the phone. All in all, I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Pinnacle Construction! I still have a list of projects, and I’ll be reaching out to them when we’re ready.
