This place is a scam, very bad management, if you have a debt and you pay it, they do not register you in the system and after a while they file a debt claim to pay them, be careful, they are committing fraud, then they say that you are not registered in the Nivo system, do not rent this place or you will be scammed by is manager Ali Başkan, they have been under construction for years and remain the same, Nivo Istanbul will be sued….

Worst company to deal with and worst decision I have made in years. Delays in construction since 2017, unprofessional and unorganized team, doesnt honor agreements and if you live abroad and have no one looking after your business you are really in a bad spot. Not recommended at all

There is big delay till now but they are going to deliver 2 blocks end of this year as they mentioned
But other blocks specifically E block we don't have any idea
