Jorge promised that he was Honest and he would only charge me the same as any other contractor.. but he charged me $600 to mow yard and $300 to clean out clog in pipe, (both higher than others) he told me job was DONE and sent me pictures of only the very front of property so I sent him the check. That was months ago. He never finished and refuses to pay me back. He promised to shoe up at least 8 times but never does. NOW IM WARNING OTHERS ... DONT USE THIS CONTRACTOR
