The house we moved into has so many problems.. the people the contracted the work to did an absolute horrible job on so much things. The price people pay for these track homes are ridiculous. We just found out our drip system has a huge leak that has been spraying out excessive water since we basically started service here at the address back in February. The sod they laid on the yards died and dried up so quick. The mulch they have around the yard is a mess. The company they used to do the landscaping obviously didn’t do their jobs right. Our water heater is placed outside, with traces of the unit being moved from inside the garage. The AC units fan was installed wrong. The doorbell didn’t work. So much stuff we find and no one responds. There’s still construction going on in the neighborhood and all the construction workers have no respect for the people that live here. Taking up the whole street where we’re not able to move out from our own driveways or even get to our driveway. The mess they leave is ridiculous. Our trash bins always get missed… mid $400k - $500 k on a house with so much stuff wrong. And we got to see what materials are being used to build these houses. And being able to hear and see how the houses are being built. I feel bad for the consumers.
