I have paid nearly $5,000 to replace my shower and drain 5 years ago. Now, the shower drain has come loose. When I took photos of the drain and showed them to 2 plumbers, they told me a properly glued drain should not just come loose and that I should contact my original contractor who installed it. So, I contacted Andy the owner to come out and investigate and send someone to fix it. Instead of coming out and looking at it, he wanted me to text him the photos, which I did. He responded my text and he will charge $125 to fix it. I did not feel I needed to pay any money to fix the problem and I sent him a text saying so. He completely ignored my text. After 5 days, I sent him another text. Then, he responded he will not fix the problem without my paying him.

This company do not take their responsibility of doing the job properly in the first place!

So far so good. A lot of problems have gotten solved thanks to you and your team. We are waiting to hear from you as to the lighting changes which Jessica messaged you on. I need to confirm that we asked to convert my shop to LED tubes without changing out the fixtures and also to add a panel over my bench.

We also want to move forward on the Studio floor covering. I think it needs to be a glue down after we choked on the multi-thousand dollar quote from the flooring company to flatten enough for luxury vinyl.

In short, we are happy to be working with you on all of our projects now and in the future.

We need a small one piece of tile cut and cemented into place since I don’t do tile!
The tile person was awesome and polite and got the piece into place and was very clean with his work
