Firstly, what an amazing team! From Emily and Alisha in the front office, Bola the project manger, and the various crew members who came to the house… everyone was very personable and knowledgeable. I’ve heard horror stories of about dealing with water damage restoration from my neighbors, but these guys have it down and guided me through the whole process!

Servpro of West Concord was a HUGE help when my toilet line broke. They had techs out the same day to start drying things out. I did have some walls that had to be removed but they have reconstruction too so my home was patched up in no time.
