Andy, Pedro and his amazing team (particularly Anna and Jeff) did a fabulous job!

We needed a new kitchen countertop and to repaint the cabinets. After meeting about 7 different contractors, we decided on Andy at ADVAL, and we couldn't be happier.

First of all Andy did his homework and brought samples that we can touch and see, and put against items in our kitchen to get an understanding. He is also friendly and kind, making my mother feel at ease, and taking away the pressure of choosing materials. And he gave us a great deal!

Once the construction started, Adval's staff is friendly and professional, and very responsive. They get back to you right away if you have questions. They also worked hard to keep our house clean and neat. They always clean up after themselves, which is very nice. They worked fast and were able to finish ahead of schedule. They also went above and beyond the original work and helped addressed issues that popped up.

The finished product speaks for itself. (See attached before and after pictures) ADVAL uses top materials, and the kitchen looks fabulous! My mother couldn't be happier!

On top of everything, they guarantee their work. So if you see small problems later, they will come back out to fix them. This gave us a real peace of mind.

Thank you, Andy, Pedro, Anna, Jeff, Debbie, and the entire Adval team! You guys gave us a beautiful new kitchen!

We got the flooring updated in our home with Pedro and the team, and we are beyond satisfied by their work and the outcome. We had glued down hardwood floors, and we had them removed and installed easy to maintain LVP floors. Pedro and the team were very responsive through the process. They put in extra effort in leveling the floors after the glued down wood was removed. They were great at involving us throughout the process in decision making as well. Also, Pedro got the house professionally cleaned for us since the glued flooring generated a lot of dust, and we were stress free and were able to move in the very next day. I'd totally recommend them!

Andy immediately met with me and my wife to discuss our project and to help us pick out materials and his experience was instrumental in helping us decide on paint colors, counter tops, etc. The crew that came and did the job were top notch, very professional and skilled craftsmen. A special shout out to Wellington! He had a few obstacles that he needed to overcome that were not in any way his fault, but he used his expertise to install and customize a few things with our cabinets, and the end product exceedeeded our expectations. My wife and I love our new kitchen and they also painted our family room and our home feels new.

Adval Construction made the remodel process seamless and straightforward. We found the company on the Thumbtack app. Andy responded right away to our inquiry and a quote was given the same day as his visit. Andy was very responsive to our follow up questions. Andy was helpful when we met him at The Granite Store to pick out flooring and shower walls. We appreciated the 18 month interest free financing. The interest free financing was a good selling point for us. We were told it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete our small guest bathroom project once we procured all of our materials. They were able to complete the project to our satisfaction within two weeks. We absolutely love our new bathroom!

Alan, Pedro, Patrick, Jorge, Alex and the entire team were very professional and provided quality workmanship. Patrick, the project manager, went out of his way to find backsplash material to match the vanity top we purchased.

The team communicated well during the job and would ask our opinion on the placement of materials. The team would tell us what time they would arrive the following day and what they would be working on. We felt the communication was excellent. We also appreciated the daily clean up by the workers before they left our home each day. When the job was done, we received calls to ask if we were satisfied and if we needed anything else.

This is the 4th major home renovation project we’ve undertaken and we have to say this was by far our best experience. We’ve already recommended Adval Construction to friends and we would definitely hire them again.
