I am using the pedestal stack system on the roof and the terrazzo tile looks great and the pedestals have given me the ability to have a flat roof!!! Easy to install...just need a level!

I'll now be using the same terrazzo tiles for the pool deck...it's going to look great!

I am a retired contractor and have been in construction for almost 60 years. I purchased this system for a rooftop deck on my personal home, which I am building.

I have read a number of reviews here and agree with most of them. The product is outstanding. The website is incredibly detailed and the system is flexible.

I see from the reviews that a number of people have had issues with the takeoffs. I too had a lot of questions and received some components which seemed superfluous to me. I called Tile tech and Ronnie, the owner, actually answered the phone. He took the time to explain the assembly process and identified some additional products which woold make my installation easier. This was not a take-off error, but rather a miscommunication from me to the estimator.

Ronnie had me call Liz (Sales Manager)and she shipped the pieces immediately. I had them 2 days later.

Now that I understand the system I will do my own takeoffs and will order extra.

The installation is complete now and looks great. I compared my cost, even with the additional components and shipping, and found the cost to be well under what we would have spent for a stick-built deck. The installation window was considerably smaller than we had anticipated as well.

I am now on my second project using Tile Tech Uni-Just & Stak-Cap Pedestal System. Extremely easy to use and adjust. We are installing them on a deck framing system that allows us to make parquet design 4' x 4' squares. Thanks Liz!

I usually do not post reviews online but had to make an exception as my experience with tile tech has been nothing but positive. My person of contact has been Liz and she has gone above and beyond to help me with my project. I didn’t know a whole lot regarding their Pedestal system and Liz was very patient with me. I had probably a thousand questions for her and several phone calls. She was always available and willing to help with such a positive attitude. She never sounded annoyed and was always willing to help in any way. I had to make some changes in my order late in the process and Liz was able to walk me through the process and made it super easy. She helped with the delivery of the pedestals and IPE decking. She was very willing to work with my busy work schedule and even though they’re not open on the weekends, was willing to allow me to pick it up on a weekend but just ended up getting it delivered. Dealing with Liz and tile tech has been a pleasure and will definitely be purchasing any pavers or pedestals in the future if needed. If you need pavers or turf look no further than tile tech and make sure to ask for Liz.

They don't provide actual ship dates. They don't ship on time. They don't ship all the parts that are ordered / paid for. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. I do not recommend this company.

Update: The company called me approx. 2 hours after this post and asked me to take it down. I asked if they had a ship date to which they replied well call you back in a hour. I still have not received a ship date for the material that I ALREADY PAID FOR.

Where do I start! This adventure started back in July 24th when my supplier put in an order for us through there online links. We waited two week for a confirmation but did not receive anything. My supplier (ABC) reached out by phone this time to try and get answers only to find out that the online link goes directly to the owner and not the ordering department. Now you would think that the owner would either reach out to us and let us know that the order needs to be resent to a different address OR just forward it to the proper location, nether happened sadly putting us 2 week behind from the start. We finally got ahold of someone stating that the order need to go to here, so of course we resent the order right away to move forward. Again we did not receive any confirmation, so we reach out right away and talked to another new person AND they said they are the one to send the order to and so we did ASAP. Finally we received an email 7/16/24 stating our order is in production and we should get updates and an ETA through out the process but it should take 8-10 weeks. We have not received any emails or communication of sort from Tile Tech Pavers. I am now 15 weeks in to this order with nothing to show from it (11 weeks from confirmation). Our GC will be taking down the construction elevator over the next two weeks, This would be a problem if Tile Tech had performed better and we received our product in a timely fashion. I called and spoke with the gal that sent the order confirmation back in Aug. and she transferred to production to witch that person asked if I could call back in a few minutes. I waited 10-15mins then called back and got the voice mail. I left a message with the order number hoping I would get an update, but have not received ANYTHING. I am having a hard time believing this company has so many good reviews with this kind of business practice. It also strike me weird that for the most part there are only responses to the good reviews and not the bad reviews. With this performance, I will not recommend this product to any of my customers. The sad thing is they have nice looking selections. Save your self the trouble and go with a different paver company.
