I hired American Building Development to replace a deck using composite material. I chose them because they were the most professional of all the companies I received similar quotes from.
The people who came out to build the deck were wonderful to work with. They let me know the status each day and cleaned the work site up each evening. The deck turned out beautiful and I am very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend them.

ABD did such a fantastic job, above and beyond what I expected, I would rate them AAAA, not only did they replace every piece of dry rot, even some that was ok. The end results were above my expectations. All my neighbors were so impressed that they said if they needed any work they would hire them in a minute.
I welcome anyone to see the results and ask me any questions. I only got one quote and so impressed that I went with American Building Development

Extremely impressed with American Building Development crew and will definitely hire them again in the future. They were very affordable, reliable, and skilled workers. Our barn is in better shape than when first built 17 years ago. They replaced the rotted siding and trim work, treated the bottom edging of siding where water was getting in, and painted when completed. The workers showed up on time, stayed late to get the job completed even in the cold wet weather. Can't say enough good about these folks. Job well done!!

It was a pleasure to meet estimator Dan, he was above and beyond about the entire work process. Project manager Igor is a very knowledgeable person who gave me a lot of advice on how to keep the apartment in good condition and how to prevent having dry rot in the future. Thank you for the excellent and professional work, American Building Development. As a manager of apartments located in Sacramento, we reached out for help with repairs to decks and balconies under SB721 code. They arrived on time, explained everything, provided an estimate, and started the work within 3 weeks. Dan Yarovenko (owner) was very easy to talk to when he 1st came out to give us an estimate. He even came back out to answer some additional questions. His estimate was very reasonable and within our limited budget.

Shahen & Vasily then did an incredible job on taking care of our dry rot problems and replacing our French doors in the dining room and also a floor to ceiling window. I am very pleased with their expertise and quality of work. I will hire them again when the need arises in 20+ years.

They were very respectful to me and my wife and put up with our dog joyfully when he got out to visit them.

They always cleaned up after each day (5 of them) and left the house as if they hadn’t Been there.
