We love our new carport. The construction quality is excellent - our handyman said it's the best he's ever seen and it could handle 5 feet of snow. Augie knew how to ensure it would be strong by adding extra legs on the downhill side and double beams across the top. We had a tricky design and I had to measure many times and make changes to our specs, but Augie was always positive, patient and professional. We couldn't be happier that our new car is shaded during the blazing hot summer and will be protected from rain and snow in the winter. Highly recommended.

Augie was with me every step of the way I had 1 million questions and he took the time no matter how long to answer all of them in a professional matter he never rushed me, or made me feel stupid. I didn’t know too much about the set up and he took the extra time to explain every detail. whenever I texted him or called him, he called me back the same day. 100% positive experience with Foothill Country Sheds! I had a unique situation in that my concrete slab was constructed by prior owners and was not designed exactly for the type of metal building that I wanted. I asked the owner (Augie) if he could conduct a site inspection prior to me ordering the building. Not only did Augie show up when he said that we would, he came prepared to measure, check levelness of the slab and offered design options. I incorporated those design options and the result is that I received a much better building! Several times during the design process I added, removed and changed design and each time Augie provided a new quote, without complaint. He was always responsive to phone and email as we consulted several times during the process. The workers that erected the building were professional, courteous, respectful and answered my questions throughout the build. I remain impressed with Foothill Country Sheds and their product!

In 2010 we had Augie and his team build us a shelter for our horses leveraging one of their standard shelter types. They were very willing to customize it for our specific needs, it has been a great shelter for our animals and is holding up excellent.

8 years later our 40 year old main barn and utility barn were both in desperate need of re-staining, things were starting to really deteriorate. We had some estimates for getting that done, but thought we'd check back with Augie to see if they could do something really custom by re-siding our existing structures. Both buildings were structurally sound, just getting very tired on the outside.

As expected, the quote came in higher than what it would cost us to re-stain, however by putting metal on the building it would make it more fire safe and it would not need to be re-stained ever again. We felt in the long run it would be much better for us to do it right so we had them get started.

It is amazing how this has transformed these buildings, it is like we had brand new buildings put up. The team was able to handle the custom nature of the project which included building all new sliding doors for each end of the main barn and all of the paddocks. We are thrilled with how everything came out. The team worked in a very clean way and the end result exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the whole team that was involved in this project!

From start to finish, Augie, the owner, was AMAZING to work with! He is an excellent communicator and really listened to our ideas to help us design our 30x60 metal building. We had to make changes to our design late in the process and Augie handled it quickly without hesitation. When we had questions he was only a text away. We used Foothill Country Sheds for the custom design and installation of our steel shed. Auggie, the owner, was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Don't waste your time like we did contacting tons of shed companies from all over the U.S. to try and save a few bucks. In the end it's not worth it. The value for the slightly additional cost to have a local company that you know you can talk with and hammer down specifics is well worth it. We went through a few iterations of design and Auggie was always patient and helpful with explaining foundation types, design options, and landing on a price we could justify. The installation team also adjusted the install date to meet our scheduling needs which was very much appreciated. They showed up when they said, had it installed in six hours, and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend to any friend/family to go with Foothill Shed.
