AVOID YOURSELF A NIGHTMARE!
I regret so much hiring this company, it has been total hell, to begin with, they arrived three hours late, we ordered 14 yards, they charged us for 22 and they wouldn’t unload the last truck until we paid for 22. When the concrete dried it was the wrong color and many black spots appeared. that was almost two months ago, till this day they won’t return our calls, I even went in person a few times but they always tell me that no one is available and everyone there are so damn rude. I hate going thru the legal process, but they leave me no choice!

Hazard on the road the mixing truck in front of me was going 20mph in a 55 mph even with me staying back 500ft and more my whole windshield was covered with wet residue dirt or concrete because it was dripping. Once I got to the free way i could not see because of how dirty it was it was not just me it was multiple cars. If there is damage to my car I will be taking action. It makes sense why they took the back roads and not the freeway because they are not compliant to D.O.T

On April 8 they delivered 2 trucks of 19 yards of bad quality of concrete mixed with too much sand and less concrete. Within 2 days my concrete got so many craks. They are 4 years in business. In 2020 when they started the business concrete quality was good and pricing was fair. As they are getting more business and they started providing bad quality concrete and over charging pricing to customers. When I contacted them about the issue lady answer the phone and told me to submit pictures and after she will contact me back. After I submitted pictures, lady blocked my #. Tried calling from other phone lady answered again and when I told her I submitted pictures and you supposed to call me back. Right after she hanged up and blocked my other phone # too. So I decided to file complaint with Better Business Bureau and State Department.
I request everyoe to not buy their any service.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Such a bad experience with these people! One of their truck guys damaged the city's water line and grass in the community causing a havoc during the process of laying concrete. They didn't want to solve it amicably. The owner Juan Carlos Gonzalez speaks very rudely to customers using foul language when there is fault at their end. Also the manager Nora overcharged us with more convenience fees in one transaction. EVERYONE IS RUDE HERE. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! BETTER GO FOR OTHER CONCRETE COMPANIES IN THE AREA!!

D&D ready mix had a truck show up leaking hydraulic fluid all over the job site. It took hours to clean it up. After confronting them about it Elizabeth refused to take care of it and blew me off. Even the driver said the maintenance there is terrible. I will not be using them again and will not allow D&D on any of my job sites again.
