I recently had the pleasure of working with Approved Contractor for a renovation project on my home, and I cannot speak highly enough of their service and professionalism. I had water leaks from the intense rain season which required me to not only redo all my stucco walls but brand new windows to replace the cheap retrofits. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free, thanks to their dedicated team and commitment to excellence. Working with Approved Contractors was an absolute pleasure!! From the measuring, to the quote, and of course installation, the process was seamless. Everyone involved with this job was wonderful to work with. Mike measured and provided the quote for us and he was great!! We looked at multiple options had he provided me with everything I needed to make an informed decision.
Installation was amazing. The team rolled in and worked quickly and cleanly and left my home cleaner that it was when they started.
Great organization and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Our stucco had been in bad shape, but we had been a bit reluctant to do anything about it. We weren’t ready to deal with the mess of having it replaced and the damage to the landscape. But we finally decided that we couldn’t put it off any longer.

After working with Approved Contractors, our only regret is that we waited so long!

I was impressed by the care that Ismael and Jesus took to cover our pool and plants before they started pressure washing and painting, and to cover some electrical equipment each day. The repairs and the new Cool Life coating look fantastic!!

Approved Contractors’ prices are reasonable. They do what they say they’re going to do - and they do it on time. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy! Jason from Cool Life had recommended Approved Contractors to us - thanks Jason!

Our next door neighbor had his house painted by painters from Approved Contractor. We were so impressed with the quality of their work and the helpfulness of the painters that it was an easy decision for us to reach out to Approved Contractor to have our house painted, as well. It was the correct decision - we were so pleased with the attentiveness to detail in prepping the house for painting, the courtesy of the painters, and the finished result. Afterwards, the clean-up was exceptional. Thank you so much. We are grateful for providing exceptional workmanship.

The Approved Contractor Team is one of the most professional companies I've hired to help improve my 1908 Craftsman home. The office was very communicative, the foreman was polite and courteous, the painters we're great problem solvers and friendly. The project was done in about a month- there were some needed gaps due to rain. This is a company that prioritizes quality materials, great service, and fantastic warranties. Very happy with the lifetime warranty on my cool tex paint. Thank you for a great experience.

Everyone from the front office to the people on-site were friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we were happy. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work done by our contractor. He did an amazing job replacing our old siding.
We opted for James Hardy siding and were determined to find a contractor with specific expertise and certification in this material. A lot of contractors say they can do it, but we needed someone certified by James Hardy. We wanted to avoid any potential issues and ensure the job was done right.
Jared and his team were the perfect fit. They knew their job, had the right certificate and worked super fast. They worked efficiently and meticulously, leaving the work area clean at the end of each day. The price was totally fair, and his administrative team was so helpful with any questions we had. They even fixed little things quickly and were always nice about it.
We've worked with them twice now and plan to continue doing so. After meeting with other more expensive contractors, we realized how lucky we were to find such a reliable and skilled team. We totally trust him and his crew. Highly recommend!
