Juan Barrios is an excellent contractor. He worked on my 105yo home and rental units for 5 yrs. He just finished installation of 7 windows in 4 rooms; and 1 yr ago he put in a new Tankless Water Heater. His work is always excellent, has good co-workers as needed, shows up on time and finishes on time, and always keep his projects clean. His estimates are competitive and reasonable. I will work with him again!

We have used Barrios Construction for several house projects over the last couple of years and have been very satisfied with their work. They are diligent and focused, show up when they say they will, are respectful of the residents, and charge an honest price. They are very experienced and have tackled many projects including painting, home repairs, cement work such as stairs and driveways, railings, stonework, retaining walls, rebuilding flooded rooms, securing foundations, stuccoing, etc. I highly recommend them.
