I had contacted Walsh Engineering after dealing with another surveyor told me our lot line was improperly defined. The other surveyor had a very expensive solution, both in their fees and county fees to fix the problem. Said other surveyor also didn't know how to go the whole process from A to B of fixing the problem. I went to the county, lawyers, realtors, title company, etc, all trying to figure out how to solve the problem., and no one could help.

Someone recommended Walsh to me, and within a day they had figured out someone had just written East instead of West on our deed. Cost me less than a tenth of what it probably would have cost me going the route of the other guys. The whole process was super easy once they were involved. Walsh Engineering has provided professional engineering services for our 3 lot subdivision project in the County of San Diego, for the past 5+ years, and has provided exemplary service.
