I called Edwin about dry rot in the house siding and trim. He had time in his schedule so he came over that day and described the scope of work and estimated cost.

He and his crew did quality work. They fixed some other problems found once the rotted siding and trim were removed. They left the site clean.

The siding and trim now look good as new.

ER Home Improvements did an amazing job in repairing, sealing and restoring our siding. Edwin is great, very professional, willing to listen to your needs and gave us options that worked around our needs. His team is very efficient, respectful, competent; Manuel was wonderful in explaining every step of the project. We have an old Victorian, this was a large project for us, and had a lot of worries, but Edwin assured us, and made our worries dissipate. The finished work looks great, and they completed the job ahead of schedule. We would definitely use ER Home Improvements in the future.

Edwin and his team are awesome... I had a 10' x 40' upstairs outdoor deck that was no longer up to code and was riddled with dry rot. For a much better price than the competition, Edwin and team did an incredible job with the stucco, ledger, support beams and deck. I couldn't be happier with the work and Edwin was a pleasure to work with.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with ER Home Improvement & GC. Edwin promptly replied upon initial contact, and was able to come by my house immediately and help me diagnose the damage from a water leak. We also were able to get an estimate for an additional deck job which he and his team ended up working on simultaneously with the initial job. Pricing was fair, honest and completely on par with the estimates. Edwin and his crew were completely professional, tidy, and finished both projects at our property in a very timely manner. Looking forward to working with Edwin and the crew at ER Home Improvement again for any issue/project, big or small.

I had a couple of leaks in our home and called a Villatoro Construction to do some waterproofing. I thought the job was completed only to see water intrusion again after the rain in both places! It was very disappointing to see the leak wasn't fixed properly. I didn't want to use them again, so my wife and I decided to look elsewhere and are very happy to have found ER Home Improvements!

Edwin has been very forthcoming and honest with me from the start. His crew was very friendly and not only did they solve our water leak issue, he was courteous enough to give me a call after the first rain which took place a few weeks later just to make sure there was no more leaks. I thought that was a true honest contactor who stands by his work.

I highly recommend E R Home Improvement for any scope of work whether it's water infiltration or just general "home improvement" (no pun intended) work. I liked working with Edwin so much that I called him to fix a retaining wall issue in my backyard along our fence line. He went above and beyond and go the work done in a few hours and even did some additional minor work that I had pointed out to them to see if they could take care of (which they did without any problems).

After the recent rainstorms, we had some major water leaking issues in our newly renovated office (done by a different contractor). Edwin came out and after a thorough inspection was able to identify all the issues where the back wall wasn't properly sealed and waterproofed.

He and his team were very professional - he even showed up an hour early on the first day! They relocated a support beam under our shed, rebuilt the exterior wall to the studio, cleaned out the framing, removed and replaced the damaged drywall, applied seal and waterproofing to an exterior wall of the shed, sealed/waterproofed the back corner and roof corner, poured a concrete retaining ledge along another corner, and installed a french drain. Edwin made our project a top priority and everything was completed in under 3 days. He also called to follow up a couple times over the next week to make sure there was no leaking during the next rainstorm.

After a frustrating experience with a previous contractor, it was a joy to work with Edwin - he was very communicative about everything, got the project done in a timely manner, and demonstrated compassion and sympathy when we discovered this huge problem with our brand new office space.

He also gave us a bid on seismic retrofitting and if/when we decide to move forward with that, we will hire Edwin for sure.
