The people you hire are a reflection of your company. Our employees were treated so poorly by Wes Shippy that we will not do business with this company again. Degrading, demeaning, demanding and disrespectful would describe our experience. We wasted time and resources in an effort to find a workable solution for a Phoenix project on Tatum Blvd and will not do so again.

I will never use this company again. Last year I had two guys come out to my location to give me an estimate of the construction cost for my small business space. The completion date for an estimate that I was promised by the Sr. Project Manager was never met. Instead, it was getting pushed. On each of my follow ups I was given the same line, “we are very busy, working on it, almost done.” After a while, it was obvious that no one was working on my bid.
If you are not interested in a job, that’s totally fine. But please have the decency to be direct and honest and say so to a prospective client, rather than feeding them a load of bull.

Answering the question from the owner: I'm in the fitness business. I wish I didn't have to leave you negative review as I understand how one person's action can effect a good company's profile. Unfortunately, this thing happened and it was very unprofessional.

I have to review 1 star because it is very frustrating trying to get a hold of estimators or anyone for that matter. I have tried SEVERAL TIMES to get in contact through a couple emails, voicemails and I've also called numerous times to get a hold of Jose J. & Raul to no avail. (This has been going on for a month). It shouldn't be this difficult, and it makes me not want to bid Gray Construction anymore since we never receive any feedback.
