They ran into a problem when they discovered my bathroom floor was uneven due to prior water damage. I was impressed with their knowledge when they identified the problem and were able to immediately correct it. I will use them in the future for any construction needs.

Tom is a man of integrity! When I contacted him for a “small” fireplace project (removing the old fireplace and inserting an electric one), I was really impressed that he worked with our modest budget with FULL service mentality. He did not nickel and dime us and stood by his original quote. It’s hard to come by this kind of integrity and simple honest work these days, and we appreciated it.

Another thing to note is that he was extremely responsive and hands-on in his communication, and throughout the project. He was resourceful and helped me find the right stone tiles, and provided creative solutions to cut costs. At the end of the project, he was even making sure to pick up the last piece of debris from our house and scrubbing the tiles to leave it looking shiny and nice. His contractors were also all so pleasant and hard workers – I’m sure it’s because Tom shows respect for their work and maintains great working relationships with them.

We had Tom come out and remodel three of our bathrooms down to the framing of the walls, we were very happy with the outcome overall. His designer helped us throughout the project and made proper communication every step of the way.
The end of the project, they didn’t hesitate to go beyond the scope of work and did some extra fixing issues we had. We will definitely use them for our next projects if we will have. We did recommend them to close friends, they have yet to use them as well.

Tom and his crew just finished our kitchen and guest bathroom remodel. For the Kitchen we kept the layout the same with new cabinets, countertops, flooring, and an amazing backsplash & the bathroom remodel went smoothly as well! Denali was helpful with design ideas and actually took the time to go with me and pick materials like tile , plumbing fixtures, vanities etc. The project process was very smooth and even ahead of schedule! Tom was there everyday making sure the crew is doing everything right, communication was excellent to work with my busy schedule. I must say one of my best experiences with a contractor so far and I've done many renovations in the past.
