We couldn't be happier with the house that G&S built for us and we had a wonderful experience with Garrick and Becki. Several contractors who live in our neighborhood watched the house being constructed and have all told us how impressed they were with the quality of the work. His subcontractors and suppliers also all told us how lucky we were to have Garrick working on our project. When the severe winter of 2016/2017 delayed the construction start, Garrick helped us revise the schedule and did a great job of making up for lost time. Throughout the project, Garrick was easy to reach and always responded in a timely manner. There were no budget surprises and he had great recommendations when it came to making choices in building materials. We appreciated Becki's attention to detail with the paperwork and billing and we always knew the status of the budget. We would highly recommend G&S for your construction project.

I love our new home in South Lake Tahoe. Garrick Terrell was by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. I started out with a list of about 10 contractors to build our getaway home. It was easy to choose simply after having a few telephone conversations. We do not live locally, so this was a risky venture for us. I handled the majority of the details and Garrick was always very respectful and never talked down to me or acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. My husband appreciated that greatly. We hired Garrick and his crew in 2009 to construct our cottage in the woods. He was a joy to work with, prompt in responding to questions and spot on with regard to his projected budget. We worked together, making changes to help achieve our vision and always mindful of the bottom line. He delivered our project on time and on budget.
In 2015 we sold that house, preferring a single story home for our old age. Garrick took the reins of that project in a full renovation which has exceeded our vision for the project.
Our daughter is now thinking of re-locating in South Lake or Minden. Either way, we know who we will hire to build that house.......Garrick and his crew!
