If you’re not building with RebuildIt yet, start now. This is my second time with Igor and his team, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else in Sacramento. They’ve taken care of every detail on my projects—even the ones they didn’t have to—and have done it with a level of respect and skill that’s a breath of fresh air in a tough industry.

I'm writing a review before the work has begun...I must be losing my mind, in a good way!!!! Hunter and Jack came by after we found RebuildIt on the SMUD recommended list. Their goal was to make a sale and they worked with us really hard to reach an agreeable price. They continued to work with us as details emerged while going over the contract (window options, insulation, etc.). They still made the phone calls to adjust the prices up and down. RebuildIt is a serious company that is licensed, handles the permits, and is capable of being accountable after the job is done. Jack and Hunter were very patient with our requests and accommodated the last minute changes to get the contract signed. We all had some flattery, jokes, and anecdotes bringing pleasantry to what is supposed to be a chore. They are solid salespeople and we look forward to the finished work.

I have a quote from another contractor for a shed rebuild, a new fence, small turf install and all electrical taken care of in the shed for laundry. That quote was $4,150. The reason I had to look elsewhere was because I didn’t have the cash and my original quote didn’t take credit card. I sought out Rebuildit, told them my budget in the inquiry. They came out, and quoted me $19,500, which did not include a fence. I’m not sure if they were trying to take advantage of me being a woman, or just do business that way. Anyway, I have the cash and am going with my original contractor thankfully. I am writing this review because I feel taken advantage of and so much time was wasted. I even sought out another contractor for the same job via Thumbtack and they quoted me $5,575. Rebuildit is absolutely ridiculous. I could never imagine paying such outrageous prices. I get inflation and cost of material, but how have two other contractors quoted me for extremely less? I guarantee anyone could find any other contractor to do it for a fraction of Rebuildit’s prices.
