June 2024 I own a small multifamily complex and I was way overdue paving and striping delayed by Covid. Friendly and professional interaction with both Mike and his crew. Mike promised my property would look like new and it does!!!!
Amazing work and attention to detail. Advance Asphalt arrived early with all the equipment needed to do the job. Crew worked quickly and efficiently, and I can't believe the difference that it made to my multifamily property! The employees worked very hard to get the job done in a quick manner so that we could have them stripe it the same day and avoid disruption to the families. Everyone was very polite, and the owner works as hard as his employees. Our multifamily now looks renewed and freshened up and complete! Our neighbors came out to see what all the commotion was about were raving about how nice the property now looks! Other property owners nearby also have been raving! Advance Asphalt outdid themselves - great quality, and incredible value for the price! Helped majorly with our curb appeal and over all approach to the rental property. Great job from Advance Asphalt - I will definitely use them when it comes time to recoat!

Description of Work: I had my multifamily property driveways & parking updated with a new asphalt seal coat and renewed striping. They added latex to the seal coat to get better longevity. They did prep work for old oil spots. Before sealing, a whole property cleaning was carefully completed and was much more thorough than any previous job I contracted for! We have a wide and long driveway and over 40 parking spaces at this site and the job was all complete in 12 hours – amazing!

Mike Wasso and his crew at Advanced Asphalt are an outstanding group/ business. Their commitment to the customer and their workmanship is something that you don’t come across regularly.
Advanced Asphalt did a full replacement of my driveway and large parking area with absolutely no problems. The overall job was accomplished as scheduled, within costs and perfectly flat with drainage as planned.
I would highly recommend this business to anyone who expects the best with a high degree of professionalism.

I contacted advanced asphalt when I seen their crew paving a neighbors driveway. Mike, the owner, came out and gave me a fair and detailed estimate for the driveway I wanted paved. However, after meeting Mike, I would’ve been comfortable with a handshake deal! I have been in business myself over 37 years and I could tell right away this was a man and a company of professionalism and integrity. He and his team did everything and more than what he said and I was expecting they were going to do. My wife and I are totally happy and satisfied with our experience with Advance Asphalt Inc and will definitely be referring them to our friends and neighbors.

Advanced Asphalt did a wonderful job on preparing and laying down the asphalt for our grinding Road and parking area. The job was handled professionally and the workers were respectful and careful to follow my instructions of what I wanted done. The crew worked very well together and were on time as scheduled.
