They kept us updated throughout the installation and did all the legwork for getting our rebates. Absolutely fantastic job with our solar and Powerwall project, start to finish... Evan in sales was responsive and professional, our project manager Megan was always prompt and courteous keeping us up to date and moving things along. The installation was completed in two days by an experienced crew (Francisco & his team on the roof, Lam & Kevin with the power equipment). The field team was right on schedule and cared absolutely about quality and finished work. Now I'm watching on a Tesla app as sun power completely carries the home load and charges the powerwalls to continue carrying the home load after sunset. Awesome job... we recommend Citadel completely!

I am very happy and satisfied with Citadel Roofing and Solar. Ben and Bernice were very respectful and understanding with my situation. I thought I would be waiting for days to have my inverter replaced but between Ben and Bernice it only took a couple days!!! They are awesome!!! Guillermo and Ben, came and upgraded all of our inverters and installed a new gateway. With 32 inverters to replace and it being in the high 90s they had to split across two days. Each day the left with the area looking cleaner than when they arrived. Guillermo even checked up on the system from home to be sure the gateway found all the inverters and that enphase had configured everything properly. He notices a mis configuration and came out the next day to quickly adjust the configuration. Super efficient and excellent service.
