Spectrum One is our choice over and over again for renovating our home, which was built in the 1960s. Dennis comes out and looks at the scope of the project and gets back to you in a timely manner with an incredibly detailed and professional proposal. He takes into account your vision for the home and offers suggestions for improving the project or explains how the team can make that vision come to life. The project managers who oversee the project from start to finish have been diligent, respectful and ensure that the work being done is of the highest standards. They are on-site every day with a whole team working to get the job done as beautifully and as quickly as possible. The attention to detail from the whole group is what I most appreciate.

We have used them for whole-home flooring (removal, installation and baseboards), recessed lighting, countertops, backsplash and would trust them with any project. We recently completed the third portion of our remodel with Spectrum One, which included widening doorways, redoing an outdated fireplace hearth, and remodeling two bathrooms.

Everyone at Spectrum One is quick to respond, honest, creative, and fun to be around. We love them and highly recommend to anyone looking to do a renovation, repair, or build!

The staff and crew delivered with professional and quality work. The bathroom in my humble ranch style house had not been updated since it was built in the early 1970s. No amount of cleaning could sanitize 50 plus years of use in that room. The work that Spectrum One did from demolition to final touches, with the tile, plumbing, furniture and fixtures that I chose and purchased, was exceptional. The work was on schedule, quickly executed, and my bathroom looks great (and clean).

In December 2019, our kitchen was flooded due to a water leak from the kitchen faucet. After dealing with several contractors who were not committed to helping us, we finally found Spectum 1. From the start, their customer service was excellent. The representative, Kylie, came out, evaluated the damage and worked with us and our insurance company to get our kitchen back in order. She was very attentive to our requests and needs and helped us get through the frustration of rebuilding our kitchen at a cost within the monetary restraints put on by the insurance company. I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angie's List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrum's estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasn't sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we've discussed. I called Spectrum's office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I can't express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction). They took care of all of my needs and met all of my expectations! Thank you Spectrum One. I will differently recommend them to all of my friends and family and will use their services again when we are ready for our next project!
