By far the best quality and value in the East Bay Area. Everything you see is included to include a solar system. The amenities are incredible and I’m looking forward to concerts in the park.

The LGI home we saw (owner occupied) looks like they're a pretty good builder, with decent quality. I think the unit we saw had 2x6 exterior walls, wide hallways & nice floorplan. One negative, they put a single drop in sink in a 72" long vanity in both bathrooms.
DeNova homes also builds here. As far as DeNova homes go, I get trying to give owners the most square footage by cutting costs but they go way too far while adding costs where they shouldn't like 8' tall interior doors. Looked like really cheap cabinetry and they include a 30" wide refrigerator because they refuse to fix the floor plan to avoid the door of the fridge hitting the adjacent wall. Not a builder I want to work with!
The prior community of Trilogy the quality was better (Shea Homes). Also the streets were not boring blocks like the new but were curved with lots of green spaces.
In all of these communities they own the property like our midwest condo. assoc's with HOA fees and all the same restrictions, but you have to pay for and maintain the exterior. We looked at 1 LGI home and 2 DeNova homes, the latter already had drywall tape coming loose on one of the wrapped drywall window openings. (Yeah no trim at the windows either). We also looked at 4 Shea homes and quality seemed much better though they were owner occupied so some improvements have likely been made.
Both neighborhoods had nice amenities such as pool and clubhouse. Obviously the newest (LGI & DeNova) were newer and very nice but this development severely lacked sizable trees and like I said boring block street layout. while the old neighborhood was well established with amazing landscaping everywhere.
1 star for DeNova, 3 for LGI and 3.5 for Shea.
If I remember correctly all HOA fees were about $300/mo or less

We purchased in November 2023 after a month long delay in closing. This was the worst buying experience of our lives. The sales staff blew smoke at us, made false promises and outright lied. The finance officer was incompetent. Construction manager made a punch list at final walk through and then we never saw him again despite repeated efforts to contact him. Understand that if you buy a home here, from this builder, you get it as is. Our friends bought from their competitor De Nova and said they had a wonderful buying experience. Consider your options.

I was a bit disappointed with the sales tactics for these new homes. I looked here and at Trilogy and really loved Trilogy for all it offers with the homes. But I really loved the Solar that is included with LGI homes and the fixtures/appliances , square footage etc..but I was quoted higher prices than what showed on their website, only to get a call a week back that they were lowering the price to what shows on the website. I decided to wait for a Trilogy home in my price range.

Low key and attentive staff make for a very pleasant experience. Lovely new homes at fair prices in a nice small town on the edge of the Bay Area. Great amenities, too.

These are beautiful homes and as an inspector I've seen a lot of new homes that were poorly built whereas this one has some fine construction techniques. This house would be suitable for anyone that appreciates quality and style.

This development is very isolated with very few amenities nearby. To go to a grocery store is nearly a 50 mile round trip. Lira's the only local grocery store has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Medical care is limited to emergency only. Nearest hospitals are in Vacaville, Fairfield, or Stockton 25+ miles.

The HOA managed by Vintage Group is very poorly run and disorganized. They are only inerested in collecting the monthly HOA fee from homeowners. They show little interest in improving the community or enforcing rules such as front yard landscaping being maintained or garbage cans being out of site on non-pickup days ( both rules are in the guide book and CCR's)

Amenities are constantly out of service and take weeks to be repaired only to go out of service again and again (an example is the pool heater that has been inoperative more than it has worked).

I am truly sorry I purchased here three years ago.
