I've called twice due to damage to my son's vehicle and am still waiting for resolution. This has been going on for 2 months. It's like the supervisor is hoping my complaint will just go away. Hopefully AR DOT will pay attention to not only Jet's customer service but the terrible job on paving in Magnolia on some of the surfaces (I drive over a gap daily on my way to work that should be seamless). Low bids dont always equal quality workmanship or service

I don't know why your employees think that since they have a yellow vest and are holding a slow/stop sign that they can yell and cuss at people (the public) who are passing through. I was stopped at their stop sighn for about 10 minutes. I happen to be looking down for a few seconds. Instead of him politely knocking on my window and telling me he was ready to go. He aggressively yelled from 20 feet away and cussed at me to pay attention. Is this an acceptable behavior. It's ridiculous that your employee thinks this is the proper way to adress virtually a customer or someone who will be using this road in the future.
