Got my project squeezed in within 3 days of contacting! From start to finish they had GREAT communication. I was picky as to how I wanted the concrete walkway and they did it exactly how I wanted. The whole crew was on time and pouring by 6:30am. Polite the entire time, cleanup was done nicely and the walkway looks FANTASTIC. Owner and crew were very friendly and I highly recommend them.

Keep calling and scheduling times to get an estimate… but he keeps blowing us off. If they can’t even get an estimate scheduled… imagine how the job will go. No way I would ever trust them to do a 2800 sq ft job after blowing us off 3 times now. I was extremely kind and understanding every time I called to reschedule - even after the third time… and yet they still rolled over on us time and time again.

Also - this company is clearly working hard to get bad reviews pulled down. Huge gaps of time between 5 star reviews, and petty responses to the ones they could not. One response from them reads “sorry you were feeling self-centered today.” Any reputable business apart from Wendy’s would fire their CRM manager for such an unprofessional response to any potential client.

Highly recommend going with Jonny Farr Concrete or Spencer’s over this dumpster fire. They show up same day to see the job (w same day estimate), have better pricing minimums / scheduling, and don’t ghost you repeatedly after setting up an on premise estimate. I do not recommend wasting your time with 920… you’ll just end up calling someone else after they blow you off.

Couldn't get anyone else out for job in 4 months. Mason came out next day for quote and completed job in less than 3 weeks. Finished product was beyond expectations.

Has been plowing my driveway for years for a very fair price. And over the summer 920 did some very beautiful decorative concrete work at my house. I was over happy with it! Couldn’t of been better! Does a very good job! I would recommend them to anyone!

Very good customer service, poured me a nice patio that my neighbors love! They were always on time and on task. Job was done quick and cleaned up very nice. No concrete on the house and the patio was cut very cleanly. Would have them back again but this patio wont need to be redone for a while! Very impressed.

Went out of town and needed snow removal for two weeks. Even though I called last minute, he was very accommodating. He even texted me updates and pictures of our snow plowed driveway. Will definitely call him again when I need snow removal..
