Please do not use this company. Mr. Smith was paid a deposit in December to update my guest bathroom. He did not start work until about 8 months later. He dragged this job out for weeks. When he did do work on my bathroom, he used tower fans that I had in the house and got paint ALL OVER them. He did not clean or replace my fans. The estimate was supposed to be 'all inclusive' but he used paint I already had (from another project) and did NOT credit or refund me for the paint or the difference in price of me using a granite remnant instead of a new slab for the bathroom. He was EXTREMELY expensive, and did very poor quality work. He told me that he would come back out and fix all the paint runs, poor spackling, etc. -- but of course, he did NOT.
When installing the new fixtures and mirror in the bathroom - he DREW lines on the newly painted walls, and did not fix them. He also did not paint behind the toilet. He gave me an estimate for adding a bar to my kitchen that was over $4,000. When I asked why the estimate was so high, he said it was 'the price of wood'. However, another contractor installed my kitchen bar for me for $900. Please note, these are just the 'highlights' of my experience with Mr. Smith and "5 star" enterprises.

My kitchen was still contractor grade. Five star remodeled my kitchen and i couldn't be happier. The very best quality work possible. I also just signed a contract for five star to remodel my master bath. I cant wait to see it.
