I have nothing but great things to say about 4 Edges. After a massive leak in my kitchen, being new to the area I did not know where to start let alone who to trust. I was referred to 4 Edges and called their office. Alesha who works in the office answered the phone and listed to my concerns and worries.

She made a appointment for Ray to come out and take a look at damages and brainstorm some options. As a first time homeowner I was learning and needed to feel like someone was going to be there that I can trust, offer some hand holding and be patient with me as I was learning process. 4 Edges assisted me all the way through. The project has been smooth, assistance with working from the insurance, material, lay out and great communication.

The contractor who worked on my house is reliable, efficient, has done a excellent job while working on my kitchen. I recommend working with 4edges and will be contacting the company when I need anything done to my home. The pictures speak for themselves of the work that has taken place.

It’s taken us a while to give this company our review. On Mother’s Day weekend, we had a bathroom flood due to our toilet pipe busting. Servpro cleaned everything up and recommended 4 Edges, which is one of their sister companies to do the project. Ray from 4 Edges came out and submitted a quote to our insurance - the problem came when we started to source the items ourselves. We hired a designer who came up w much better choices for materials then where 4 Edges was sending us to
Since we were doing a lot of the sourcing ourselves, We asked Ray for a detailed breakdown of the lump sum for shower, tile, vanity, flooring etc. He told us that their software doesn’t work that way in that it only figures out square footage for each item and then gives a total price! What the heck?
so after sourcing almost all the materials ( i.e. tile, vanity, shower, wall, LVT, etc.) ourselves, their final bid for work came in 5k over for the original quote - Mind you we knew we wouldn’t get reimbursed for today’s material costs as our carpet and vanity, etc. were old. But we bought most of the materials ourselves!!
Also we had to get a non-standard size vanity and asked him if his quote “covered that” he said “sounds about right”. so I was fed up and asked what it would be just to do the shower, and they said Ray would call us that evening. Well, instead of calling, they just sent us an email and said sorry- Not a good match basically.
We then hired a new contractor who gave us a detailed quote with breakdowns for each piece of the work i.e. plumbing tile, flooring, shower, etc. and they are doing a superb job.
So at the end of the day we are very happy but wasted our time w 4 Edges.

I used 4 Edges for a reconstruction project after we had some water damage. I highly recommend using them for any project large or small. From the office staff, to the PM and installers, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Our home looks amazing. The main point I appreciated was the communication. 4 Edges always relayed when there was any delays in material, or if material was delivered early. They always provided updates throughout the process as well. That was really appreciated since we were not staying at the house through this whole process. From start to finish, everything has been a breeze and I am so thankful we used 4 Edges.
