Set up an appointment to view an apartment for my son, and after sending a copy of my ID and answering all questions, there are no instructions re: how to self-tour at the agreed upon time. I email "Lisa" again, who says she doesn't have us scheduled. I believe "Lisa" is a robo-messenger as she won't stop messaging me asking if I'm still interested. We go to the building at the agreed upon time, walk in hallway to a literal pile of garbage, mail, filth and the skunkiest pot smell overtaking both floors. Upstairs a unit is wide open, we found out later it was the one to tour, and we peak inside to see something right off the TV show hoarders. The piles of garbage and odor made us turn and run. Talk about staging, lol... staging for a horror movie maybe. I wouldn't even let a dog stay there much less my adult son.

I lived here for 2 years and it was by far the worst place that I ever lived. There were multiple times where the water coming out of the faucets ran brown. The apartments are not worth the rent being charged. The other tenants are very loud, much louder than other apartment complexes that I have lived in. There are off leash dogs and unsupervised children outside frequently. More than once, children came up to my patio door and pounded on it. I had to make sure to keep it locked as I was worried they would open my door and let my dog out. The landlady Tammy does not do her job and is far more concerned with the tenants that she is friends with and related to.

The maintenance guy slacks off and takes forever to fix anything and never does real quality work. The manager issues rediculouse rules every other day. She's even told me I'm not allowed to bring my registered support animal into the building when I visit my parents. I think the place is nice but needs new management and maintenance help.

I live here. It's alright. Management is great. Price is great. Only complaint I have is the recent threats of fines for things I have no control over (i.e. A $50 fine if the dumpsters are trashed again. I have no control over how others throw away their garbage.)
