We had such an excellent deck repair/refinish experience with 3rd Gen. They really went above and beyond for us.

Due to an unfortunate family crisis, our original project scope had to be reduced and our timeline expedited. Both Alex and Brian were incredibly accommodating in helping us alter our plans and get our job done quickly, but still with exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.

We were so pleased with the work, and grateful for the speed and flexibility with which they were willing to help us out. 3rd Gen really came through for us and we cannot recommend their services enough.

Matt from 3rd gen completed our master bathroom gut remodel. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and professionalism along the way. Matt is extremely responsive, transparent, and remained flexible as this project occurred directly over the pandemic. I presented complex design elements like rehabilitation of historic beams, a single level tile floor, complex electrical needs, etc. and always felt my voice was heard throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a full remodel, or just a quick paint job. After years of unpleasant contractor experiences, this was a refreshing change of pace.

I waited a year to post a review, to insure the job held up. It did. We had experience with the estimator, board replacement carpenters, and painters. They were all professional and thorough. The painters did a very meticulous job. A couple of times issues popped up that were unexpected, nothing major, but the paint supervisor worked with us to resolve the issue and get results. We love the end result, and would recommend them to anyone in need.
