When my husband and I decided to upgrade from carpet to laminate flooring we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted. John we quick to come out and measure our space and give his recommendations. When I came in store to decide on a design and color he insisted I take multiple samples home to really see what I liked. Once we were ready we ordered our materials and they were quick to come in. The install date was set and the whole install only took half the day for our living room and hallway. The install team was quick, efficient and you can tell they’ve been doing this for a long time. Our floors turned out amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff has great communication and awesome service.

3D Flooring has the best service and quality products. Risa is a wealth of knowledge in flooring and so is Dusty. We ordered carpet from them in late August and had them install it. The carpet is plush, the padding is wonderful and we have been very pleased. I can't say enough about their customer service.

Risa is absolutely amazing. A truly great customer experience. She not only helped us with our choices sharing her knowledge and things to consider but also met us at the tile store to coordinate our selections. Really went beyond what we’ve experienced in customer service for a very long time.

We had 3D Floor Covering replace the vinyl in our master bathroom and the carpeting in our master bedroom, living room, and dining room. Risa was very easy to work with when we were choosing carpeting. She was very knowledgeable and didn't push any particular brand or priced carpeting. Dusty, the owner, measured our rooms and while here offered to do the work on two different days so we could move the furniture and from one area to another ourselves which saved us a ton of money. He was also very nice. The three installers showed up on the days scheduled and worked quickly, but their work was excellent. The new carpeting and vinyl looks wonderful. Next year they will be replacing the vinyl in the rest of the house. Great people, great products, and great work. Five stars for sure.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I called yesterday and spoke to Risa who got me on the schedule for a quote today. Dusty and John showed up on time this morning and were so kind and quick. Less than an hour after they left I had a quote from Risa and again she got me on the schedule for installation so quickly. I look forward to having the guys come back out on Friday morning to put the carpet in. Their prices are very competitive and it feels great to support a local business. I will update on Friday with pictures after the carpet goes in. Can't wait!

I just had the pleasure of meeting the owner Dusty. Currently, our family is dealing with unfortunate circumstances that have required us to replace our carpet immediately and Dusty was willing to completely change his schedule to make time for my emergency situation. He even gave me a courtesy call when he thought he might be a few minutes late. He is a straight shooter, no b.s. type of guy and I really appreciate that in a person I'm doing business with. He took the time to explain everything, not just take measurements and leave. I really look forward to doing business with him over the next few weeks.

We replaced all our flooring. Carpet in bedrooms and laminate in the rest of the house. Risa is great to work with, and the installers were very good. They leave your home clean and they work quickly to get your house back in order. We were very pleased with 3D flooring, and would highly recommended them.
