Easily the worst company I worked with. They did a terrible job of staging and I didn't like it (very cheap materials, no harmony at all, they used whatever they had left on hand, etc. I can provide more details if anyone is interested).
I reached out to Thora about how I wasn't happy with the staging and asked her whether they could make a few changes. She told that it wasn't possible. Then, asked whether we could cancel the contract since I wasn't happy and I offered to pay for their move-in and move-out expenses since they spent time doing that. She didn't accept that and refused to refund any amount. The staging was so terrible, I asked them to move it and I was willing to have an empty house rather than their staging. However, my agent talked me into keeping it. I reluctantly agreed to it and kept it.
The house didn't sell in two months. Did the staging play a role? Who knows? But, I know one thing for sure that 365 Staging is a terrible company and they don't stand behind their product. If a customer is unhappy about your product and is seeking a resolution, you at least show some decency and try to find a solution that will make them partly happy. Anyway, I can provide more details if anybody wants to know. However, I definitely recommend to stay away from this company unless you want to risk throwing away your thousands of dollars.
