3 Brothers was a very difficult and painful experience for me. Firstly, I had them come out to estimate a full house March of last year. After finally getting them to come out, Evencio made a lot of promises on how soon he can get a team there as well as when he could get the quote. Long story short: No quote and wasted tons of time.
Earlier this year, 2025, I learned they were trying to add to their sales team and had some openings. I thought I would apply and see if I could help them out. That was a huge mistake as well. I had to travel to Madison to 'interview' with Evencio. I explained to him my outlook on his business and how to grow it with reps in the areas he wants to develop. I gave him a fair amount of business input and guidance, as I also do this for my full time job. Evencio takes me to a roofing job instead of the one we were supposed to go to estimate. He has me meet the roofers and look at the work. It was a flat roof with rubber membrane. It still had air bubbles all over the place where we looked at it. It also was supposed to be re-decked, but it was obviously quite squishy and not solid at all.
Finally, after going to a different site to provide an estimate for a customer for my 'interview', it became apparent that 3 Brother is well over their head in what they promise. I was tasked with helping with the electrical to help speed up the overall project timeline.
After working there for 3 week in part time capacity as agreed, I had to request to get paid and even then, renegotiate my salary. Afterwards, I was met with strong resistance to pay, even though they managed the schedule and canceled appointments on me.

100% would not recommend for any remodel or construction work. They don't have a team, but outsource all the work to anyone they can.

100% would not recommend working for them. They are going through sales people perpetually refute payment, and change the terms of your contract at will.

We had 3 Brothers come remodel our bathroom in our new house. To say we are impressed is an understatement. Evencio and his team are prompt, hardworking, dedicated, and knowledgeable. They worked long hours to make sure we had running water/toilet over night. One day the bathroom walls weren’t dry enough for the next step and instead of sending the crew home they started installing our kitchen floor (which we thought we would have had to schedule for a different time). In just under a week they completely redid our bathroom and installed flooring in our kitchen and hallway. The crew also cleaned (mopped and dusted) before leaving. We will certainly have them out for more projects in the future.

Gary went above and beyond! Evencio, the owner, came out and worked side by side with his team! They had our roof completed in ONE day! My husband and I already have a list of projects for them to do for us in the future!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!
