Loved living at 25 Senate! The building is clean and modern looking. The pricing is great considering how spacious the units are and you’re only 10 mins away from the path station. People at the front desk were extremely friendly and we didn’t have any issues with management

I lived here 2016-2019 and absolutely loved this place. Lots of comments about how loud and non sound proof the building is, but you do realize this is an apartment, people live wall to wall. If you want privacy go for a single family house. The management was so great, everything is very flexible: I moved from a studio to a 1b unit during my stay, and the transition is absolutely smooth. The door man is 24h and made me feel very safe. I've never lost a package. Besides you can drop off the out-going mail/packages in the lobby, super convenient. If you are a dog owner, there is a small dog park on site. My dog made lots of friends there and we still miss them until today. Gloria from management and Jonathan the super were fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

Living here since last two years and never had any problems. Spacious, clean, helpful front desk, immediate service for any issue, 5-7min walk to PATH, shuttle also available for station commute, lots of grocery stores nearby and small park next to building with reasonable pricing for the area.

Fairly new to the building and my experiences here have been amazing. The staff and management are very attentive. Any issue I may have had (which were very minor) the staff arrived quickly. Maintenance is on it! The building is pet friendly and very clean. I’m so happy I made the choice of coming here.

Absolutely love living at Senate Place. It's a relatively quiet corner of JSQ right next to a very well cared for park and also walkable to the PATH for an easy commute to Manhattan (the free shuttle is also great). The amenities are amazing and we love how pet friendly the spaces are because we have both a dog and cat. The veterinary office and coffee shop in the building are 10/10 and the Senate place management and staff are 15/10. We recently completed a unit transfer within the building and they made everything completely seamless. Both units we've lived in are spacious, and comfortable with really nice layouts. We plan to be here for many years to come!

This was my first apartment I lived in when I moved to New Jersey and I enjoyed my time here. I was a tenant for almost 2 years.

Gym is a decent size and has lots of equipment. Never had to wait long for a cardio machine and weights. Outdoor patio is great in the summer and when you want some fresh air.

The staff that works here are extremely nice and very helpful. In fact they go out of their way to help. Management is very helpful as well, especially during COVID. This building is managed by some great people! I truthfully enjoyed living here.

My partner and I truly love our apartment. We are on the 5th floor and have one those loft style units. It is spacious, clean, and still have fairly new appliances for its very reasonable price. If you go downtown by Grove and get the same amount of space, you would probably have to pay 3K or a little more and have outdated appliances. We've looked at a couple of units at the Dixon Mills in Grove before moving to 25SP and the two units we saw at Dixon Mills are small and have outdated hardware, style of apartment, and appliances -- on top of that, they're overpriced and have many additional fees. Parking at 25 SP is great. The staff are friendly, efficient, and are always on top of your requests. The shuttle is super convenient - Alex, the driver, is very friendly. It's 7-10 minute walk to the Path if you'd like a little exercise in the morning or on your way home. The tenants are nice. We've never had any issues, so far and I hope we never have. The building is pet-friendly too. We can’t wait to use our deck this summer! And oh, we have a nice view of One World Trade. Can’t really say anything super bad about the building, except maybe the hallway floors – they’re squeaky. A second shuttle wouldn’t hurt too during rush hour. Better water pressure in the shower would be great as well.

Overpriced for pseudo luxury. This building was built too quickly and there are numerous problems as a result. The only feedback from management is to tell tenants to stop doing things, rather than taking visible steps to fix the problems or telling tenants what they are doing to address issues. Very very slow progress in fixing issues. Management is too cheap to hire enough help to maintain this "luxury apartment building" properly. Gym is always stinky and bathrooms are dirty in the shared places anytime I visit them which isn't often. (dusty and dripped soap on wall as well as dirt smeared on light switches etc)
Front desk staff is great. They are pet friendly. I wish they would invest in the dog run area so it's not a big muddy mess when it rains or snows. Sidewalks and some grass would be great and cameras to catch the dog poop culprits.

I thought I was going to love living here. The people who have moved in are great for the most part. I would love to give a better review if I knew they were making progress on fixing problems.
