I needed a hot water heater replaced because it was leaking. I called and they were able to come out the same day to assess it and order a new water heater and in 2 days time it was replaced without any complications or surprises. Excellent company to deal with. Easy to work with. I asked if they could work out of payment schedule and they were willing to do so without any problems. Everyone was professional. Definitely would use them again if need be in the future.

A very reliable and professional company. I’m home with the flu and my heater stopped blowing warm air. 4 Seasons came out same morning I called. The tech, who was as polite as can be worked for awhile and got the heater blowing better. I paid him and he left but returned immediately saying the owner wanted him to stay for awhile to make sure the furnace continued to keep working. After awhile the owner arrived and worked with the technician. I don’t really understand furnace language but the owner said something about the furnace being fine and just needing to adjust and clean air exhaust thing. What I found really impressive is that they returned my check, said no charge. They could have kept my check I would never have questioned it, they could have charged me extra for being there longer, I still wouldn’t have been surprised. A principled company with solid ethics and quality staff!!! Thank you for fixing my heat and making my day better.

Highly recommend this local company. Our 25 year old furnace finally quit over the holidays(of course). Mike came out on a Thursday to assess. He quickly prepared a fair quote for us and was back Friday morning to install a new furnace and AC unit (despite being ill). If that isn't excellent customer service I don't know what is! Our old house is now cozy and comfortable thanks to 2 Seasons.

Recently had a problem with my boiler dripping water. Had the problem on a Saturday,called up the tech came that day. Found out what the problem was had parts ordered and was back to fix it on Tuesday. Very reasonable price to fix what was wrong with boiler, plus didn't receive a charge for a Saturday call. Would highly recommend them if you have problem with boiler or your furnace. Definitely will use them in the future for any problems that might occur, and any maintenance that needs to be done on my boiler. Thank you 2 Seasons for being so efficient and getting my boiler fixed.so fast.

My experience with Mike and 2 Seasons has been excellent. Mike was there when I first called a couple of years ago with an air conditioner failure. I had them replace the old clunker that malfunctioned and have been very happy with the service since then, The office staff is very professional and is accommodating.
