Al is amazing! Trustworthy, reliable, honest and hardworking. He remodeled our kitchen and basement. We are very pleased with the outcome. He was available every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend him more!

My family and I have been working with Al for about 4 years. I met Al from our neighbor, who spoke very highly of him and his work. When it came time to renovate our home I knew exactly who I was going to call. From the moment I spoke with Al on the phone, I knew that this experience was going to be different than when we hired contractors in the past. He was honest and quick to come up with a FAIR quote. We have worked with quite a few people in the past who would upcharge just based on the location of our home, but that is not Al. He knows what things should cost and I can honestly say that he has never gone over what he has quoted us. We have heard horror stories of people that have gone double sometimes triple over their original budget and that has never been our experience with 1, 2, 3 Done. Once we started the work, Al frequently checked in with us and was at our house on most days keeping an eye on things. If something wasn’t done to his satisfaction he made sure that it was fixed and done the right way. I can not recommend Al and his team enough. They will be the only company that we use for any future renovation projects. We have been incredibly happy with all that Al has done for us. He is not only amazing at his job, but he is a wonderful person and treats my family as if we are his own. If you like honesty, high quality and a team that you can trust to get your project done then 1, 2, 3 Done is the company for you! You will be so happy you gave them a call. I can’t wait to get started on our next project!

I cannot say enough positive things about Al. We redid our kitchen and most of main floor- knocked down walls, raised the floor, and ran into a lot of unexpected issues in our older home behind the walls that we were unaware of. Al was nothing short of fantastic. His communication daily telling us when what was happening and who would be at the house and when helped make a chaotic time less stressful. Every sub contractor he sent was great, and it was clear he was well respected by all who worked for/with him. We have used Al since for other issues - basement leak and bathroom leak and everytime Al comes over we know everything will be ok. My kids call him "Super Al." We will be using Al for any and all projects going forward.

I cannot say enough good things about Al. He remodeled our entire first floor (kitchen, dining, living room, office and powder room) about 8 years ago and did a phenomenal job. We get compliments on our kitchen and fireplace design to this day. We still love it and the construction is solid.
We recently asked him to remodel our 2 upstairs bathrooms and pull the carpet from our stairs and put down hardwood. Everything looks phenomenal and was completed on time.
We have referred countless family members, coworkers and friends to Al and I see a lot of familiar names on this review list who have worked with him and highly recommend him.
Not only is the quality and timing fantastic but one of my favorite things about working with Al is the communication. He either contacts us daily via phone or stops by to check on the progress. He is always on top of the status and keeps us updated on next steps.
He also works with incredible subcontractors. Their attention to detail and passion to do exceptional work is unmatched.
I cannot recommend Al more we will continue to go to him for any additional home projects we have.

We had the pleasure of working with Al (1,2,3 Done) on multiple projects for our home: kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, basement remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Five stars - plus, plus, plus! I have worked with Al at 1, 2, 3 Done Construction for several years. He has remodeled my primary suite bath, laundry room, family room, and most recently a main floor study. I trust Al implicitly, he is highly professional, detail oriented and truly cares about his clients and the quality of work with each project. One of the things I have grown to appreciate about Al the most is that he does not start a project until everything has arrived onsite (washer/dryer, cabinets, light fixtures, bathtub, etc.). This thoughtful approach has undoubtedly saved me many days with unusable rooms in my home. I highly recommend 1, 2, 3 Done Construction, I would not consider a remodeling project with anyone else!

Al and his team did a major remodel of our house in 2023–gutted the kitchen, primary bathroom, raised a sunken family room, and redid the hardwood floors on the first level. I would recommend Al to anyone and everyone. He is honest, punctual, kind, and excellent at what he does. He cares deeply about making sure everything is done right. He runs a tight ship with his subcontractors so things get done on time. He and his team were truly a joy to work with and the finished product exceeded our expectations.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had remodeling our kitchen and laundry room. Al is so collaborative, he had really great input on design choices, was right on budget AND schedule. There were almost no days where a crew wasn’t around working - he has such a solid team. In addition, he was at my house nearly every day that projects were happening. I’ve never been through a remodel, there are so many horror stories about the process and our project was seamless. Great communication, great craftsmanship. I have - and will continue to - recommend Al to friends and family.
