This goes out to the kindness security man in the building, I work across the street in Macys I had no coat on due to helping one of my colleagues that was sick and I called a Uber for him, I walked through the building which was easier and quicker to get to Macys the security man was so kind he gave me he’s coat and walked me to Macys the man was so kind I want to thank you so much. Have a fabulous day and Merry Christmas

Watching this building EVERYDAY...from the very 1st brick to almost completion. IT IS SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL!! "AMAZING!!" It's the best of Downtown Brooklyn ... Cudos to ALL who contributed - 2020' on ALL Levels...

Comments regarding the amenities are correct. However, after moving in then the nightmare starts. Unfortunately, 8 months after moving in we are still having problems. Flooding, etc.. very disappointed..
