Hello Nextdoorland, I'm sharing my experiences with my roofer , 1 OAK REMODELING. Outstanding communication and customer service.
Our roof had a leak, and considering that we don't have any rain in the forecast , these roofers are hungry, However, you must still do your due diligence and check reviews.
Joshua has come through with flying colors. After negotiations and reviews, he has been chosen for the job. Please call him before the rain as prices will skyrocket, every contractor said the same thing. Joshua and the team are fantastic.

I'm writing this review to support "1 Oak Remodeling". Especially many thanks to Joshua who made this journey to a beautiful memory for us. He guided us breath by breath as he was always available to us on site and phone. We hired Joshua to build an ADU (garage to ADU conversion) and remodeling of the main house. 1 Oak did a whole house re-pipe, rewire, retrofitted old windows, kitchen and two bath remodeling.

Everything was done by permit. The office was managing and scheduling all the inspections. We started in Aug 2023 and phenomenally they got our "occupancy certification" for the ADU from the city in January 2024.

Dry wall and paint for the main house finished by end the of December. We got our final inspection, and we move in on January 6th.

We had no issues other than some minor stuff with the HVAC and Electrical and cabinets which Josh arranged with his guys and fixed in short time.

Good thing about Josh and his team is his availability to us 24/7 on phone support. He is exceptionally resourceful, and I liked his style in our main house remodeling.

Hired 1OAK Remodeling to extend and remodel my kitchen. The pricing was not within my budget but this had been my second attempt at hiring a contractor so I wasnt going to go cheap. The first company could not even get the blue prints approved. 1 oak approved the blue prints the same day! There wasnt much to see during the framing stage so I couldnt tell how it was going. Things went by slow until the drywall was put up! After the cabinet install i could understand the craftmanship is trully 1 of a kind. The amount of detail that was put in was incredible. Job well done!!!

This company is very professional and hold high standards when it comes to customer service/satisfaction. I mean, we 'inherited' the roof from previous owner and there were some leaks this winter. We contacted Joshua to seek their help fixing the leaks because the previous owner had some roof work done with 1OAK a few years ago, he responded with warm and professional attitude. He honored the warranty even though we are not the family who paid them before. Over the past few months, he sent the crew over a few times till the leaking issue being resolved completely. Joshua is a great guy! We are very grateful for his help!

I had 1 oak install a solar system on my house. I’m very happy with it. Robert and his team were excellent. I did a lot of research and asked a lot of questions. The entire system was installed faster than expected , the installers were courteous and professional …if your looking at a solar system , I would recommend them

I was also happy with the price and the insight he had to give. That week I had a Dozen workers on my Roof. They cleaned everything up afterwards as well. I was in need of a roof repair before the end of the summer. I had gotten about two quotes the same day that 1 OAK Remodeling called and came out. It was a long day but I was sold on Josh and his company when he showed me the scope of work and materials. The other contractors just gave me a price off the top of their head. The job is completed, looks and feels great. The quality of work was amazing. The price was affordable. We are ready for winter thanks to one Oak remodeling. I highly recommend. Five stars all around
